SIGNATURE NEW ZEALAND LAMB KNUCKLE
Packaging: 400-600g
Ingredients: Lamb Knuckle, natural spices, potato starch, salt, natural flavorings
Preparation: Bake the knuckle until the skin is crispy all around. During baking, you can also add beer or marinade to enhance the flavor. You can use our secret New Zealand tip for this particular one :) In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon zest and juice, balsamic vinegar, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined, then gently coat the knuckle and bake. Enjoy!
